too many. one by one

I have loads of photos to upload
BUT, i have to blue-tooth from my HP to my laptop and then upload to blogger. Kinda lazy. so. NAH.

BUT again, i would love to post photos of those whom i really treasure!

Eugene, ME, clorine(below me), Jiaxin (beside me), and xiumin!

Left (Eugene), Top (Me!), Right (Gary),Bottom (hwee ming and Jx)

Oh yeah, if you are wondering who they are, they are all from my secondary school, all my band buddies!

Eugene-Euphonium and section Leader!
Hwee Ming-2nd Clarinet Player!
Jiaxin- Alto saxophone, soprano saxophone player, section leader and Treasurer!
Clorine-Section leader, 1st cornet player and Band Major!
Gary- Tenor Saxophone player!
Xiumin- 1st cornet player and librarian!

Last but not least
ME-1st cornet player and Quarter Master!

Anyway, above info is just FYI. it might sound a bit boring, but band life and primary school life is something that i will not forget forever in my life. But BAND life i guess is still something that if i was given a chance to replicate again, i will definitely spend every moment of it usefully.

above photos were taken quite some time back but i happened to find them somewhere. so might as well just post it up!

Today, Saturday, 02AUG08! it was a night to somehow cast myself back into the band world! went for a concert with GARY and CLORINE! it was Temasek Junior colleage's symphonic band concert! We were there to fully support Hwee Ming! i Guess everyone in NCHS band had already gave up on band other than CLORINE and HWEE MING, the only two surviving clarinetist and trumpter! proud of you guys! SAF BAND, please take me in!

till now, my current guilt and regretful feel was not to study hard enough in poly to enter UNI. to enter govt uni, firstly of cuz its cheaper than private uni but to study uni, 10% is for my own future and 90% is to take part in band!

I already regret when i didn't enter SP, cuz the band there was fab! well, u might ask me why didn't i enter NP's band then? Ermm.. NP's culture doesn't suit me. Like i prefer steamboat rather than 'atas meal' where i have to fake my posture and take small bites.

ermm. PIANO. something i must learn even if i have to take years to finish it or start when i'm already in my late twenties or thirties. music is something i can convey to.

Tired!

I have so many workload on hand. I have never regretted joining DHL, have never regretted knowing any single one there but the job-scope is so "huh" lor. HAHA. i am a HR student mind you! Logistics is very interesting but i have no NOTHING no BASE no foundation at all. seriously.

BAF/CAF, shipments, TEU 20", 40HQ, MAERSK, APL, AMLA, AMNO, Rotterdam are just some of the basics you can learn. OH, just to re-emphasis, i am not a sender nor am i a delivery man. I'm a regional administrator in DHL's regional office! WAHAH! k. enough of my nonsense.

i worked full 12hours today. 8.30AM-8.30AM! have loads of tasks to complete as the TRM meeting is nearby! TRM simply refers to Trade Route Manager, and i am a trade route assistant! that was what my position was when i saw it on http://www.jobcentral.com.sg/.

life is so busy! as one grows up, you think more, worry more, feel more, put in more and obviously you might poo poo more cuz you eat more!

anyway, there's no link for every paragraph. my thoughts are not organized.

why are you and you kinda bo chap about the friendship anymore? i really ponder.

I heard this

Now, if you mention ubin to me, i tend to get very very affected.

Halfway through work, i was talking about organizing a Pulau Ubin trip with my colleagues there. Then my colleague Doreen, started to talk about "its better not to go Ubin at all." Apparently, her uncle died there, a lot of people died there too and a lot of visitors ended up very badly hurt or traumatised by the incident. Her dad witness a lot of 'happenings' there. to sum up, it is kinda 'dirty' over at that area, i'm glad nothing happened to us that day.

anyway, i've started my own swimming marathon! 24laps, 26laps and 26laps. That is till now and a time limit of 30Minutes. I know there is nothing to brag about but i feel very accomplished! My target is to a least hit the minimum number of laps i last hit or increase bit by bit every time i visit the pool! oh yeah, Its YCK pool! cuz its easy and near to travel by foot from the MRT station!

I need to train up for my NS, but i can't find the passion to JOG or RUN. I can transfer all those energy to SWIM instead!
Miraclously, i am able to pass every segment except for the Standing Board Jump. They should just take that segment off!

Take a look at my fingers. Recently, a lot of Taiwan shows are saying that the length of your finger usually determines the length of your tool! But i beg to differ. Because my tool is definitely lon*** and nic** than that.

UBIN A SUCCESS!

SEE THIS!? Eric MMS me this picture few hours before our Pulau Ubin trip. Was very very worried. Because his office is damn near Changi Jetty which is indirectly very very near PULAU UBIN!

Although it really rained on Saturday itself but on a lighter note, there were still bright and sunny moments like this

PLEASE notice the BLUE LINES. IT refers to the boundaries within Edalene, me and Shiying. The small country within the BLUE LINES belongs to the hairy nation, we are the smooth nation =)
WAHAH! Love the ferry ride, its very natural, windy, watery and.... i just like it. the time with them is FAB.

"Hi everyone, welcome to Pulau Ubin"
Looks very nice right? Its just a part of UBIN. Later stories will wanna make you slap EDA, SY and ERIC. Definitely not me. YOU WILL KNOW WHY LATER. EEKKS.
YES. NOW I MEAN. you see the BEER!? DAMN! HAHA. i think it was eda or sy who suggested to have a light bite before we start wandering about. Then 1/2 a minute later, either SY or EDA suggested the same thing too cuz did not have breakfast. FEW SECONDS later, tan ding Qi also suggested because he did not have breakfast.
so we have decided to look for food. i had mine already but at that point of time, weather was quite bad, so we had to shelter ourselves for a while before going cycling.
when we reached the restaurant...................
SY suggested Coconut drink, i was like... healthy, natural and cool! somehow, another person, i suspect was EDALENE who wanted beer! Then, ended up drinking beer! TELL ME, for those who are reading, do u wanna SLAP them? we're at UBIN and we are drinking beer? so not UBIN!
noticed the big red question mark?
I looked rather hideous. so i have decided to use the nicer one on top to cover it. LOL.
Also noticed Edalene was missing from most of the nice scene places, cuz she felt rather dizzy after riding some " not that difficult and rocky roads". her stamina was very very low and she has low-blood pressure. so we pardoned her from the long walking trip to chek jawa.
Blue Faggot Girl!
Eric had that too when we were returning. Looks hideous. but i dont have the pic!
WAHAH!

Roar! the mighty big eye su ning!

We should build this first!

No! we should build that first!

I'm the final Janga Winner!

OH! did i forget to mention them? they are my beloved DHL colleagues! DHL as in DHL Regional Office colleagues. Just want to repeat in case people think i'm some DHL delivery man which I'm not. Nothing against DHL delivery man but i just don't want to be labelled as one =)
