ANYWAY, when i say i work in DHL, stop assuming i'm a delivery man! damn. almost everyone feels it that way. I work in gateway towers (west). Level 2, DHL regional office as a regional administrator.
Some of you might feel disgusted because i kept on changing my blog colour! please dont blame me, cuz i dunno what colour to use. Keep feeling uncomfortable. So now, I feel that black is the nicest universal colour.so. BLACK =)
Anyway, DHL is very fun! The air is full of logistics everyday! APL, SENATOR, MAERSK, CMA KLINE blah blah.. these are names of the carriers shipping goods around the world everyday!
I major in Human resources, but then, i find logistics very fun too! anyway, now that i realize something, in life, i want a job where i can make decisions. Not to only follow. cuz i don see the point?
I always tell myself, i am a very good follower but not a good leader. who knows right?
And from my daily life, i also tell myself, no matter what happens everyday, i must learn something and get any experience i can.
Like the 1st day i went DHL, i learnt that they actually have very good welfare for their staffs, 40C for one can of drink!
Like the 1st time i knew Roy, he loves red so much! What i am trying to say simply is that actually no matter how minor things can be, as long as you carry a learning attitude in life, you can learn almost anything, anywhere.
Like i am half naked blogging now! Thats something you guys learnt today!
i do sound naggy today, but as an DHL Office boy, well, i have to vent my stress.

Moved to Sembawang to look for Love
Watched Sex & the City with Roy at causeway point Cathay.
I tell you. the show really touched me. After Dreamgirls, i guess this is the 1st show where Jeniffer Hudson acted. Although not as a Main cast, i think she potrayed her role really very well.
But well, main thing is not about her. Sarah Jessica Parker. DAMN! she's pretty good! The whole show was so realistic, Love is everywhere. Quoting from jennifer hudson, "I moved to NEWYORK to look for LOVE."
Well, i really don't know how to describe my feelings right now about the show, but it definitely touched me! YOU guys should go watch it. watch it with someone you really care for, you really like, really like him/her to be in your life.
Of cuz i didn't moved to Sembawang to look for LOVE, but i definitely find it worthwhile to stay here finally! Because of you =)

Eastcoast fanatic
HAHA.
the title implicitly implied what a fan I'm of eastcoast. But to be exact, i was kinda and a wee bit disappointed. It is simply due to the fact that it has kinda became a 'refugee camp'! =X seriously no matter where i turn my head to, all i could see was people BBQing and feeling the breeze. Which is apparently good! Happy for them though, because this is what they usually would be doing on a late, breezy Saturday night =)
The thing is, i do also see a hell lot of people setting up camping tents trying to camp on the beach! my Buddha! i mean A WHOLE LOT. i dunno whats with them, but this is a public area, for people to enjoy the scenery and relax.
main part was. i went there with Roy =) he smiles and laugh non-stop. best thing is, he lives near me! which i never knew. Adding to that, I never knew he could sing too! we were singing by the beach and feeling the breeze for so long! From ECP, we took a bus to Eunos, JUST to miss the last train,haha! finally, we took another bus from eunos to town, just to wait for NR2 to go home! although it was a long long journey, i did enjoyed myelf.

Tomorrow's gonna be Day 4 already. time really just 'shoosh' by so quickly! LOL.
Hmm..
Thinking back, a while ago, i was still in Chongfu Primary School, thinking about what to do after school. Shall it back hop-scotch? Shall it be Five stones? Shall it be monkey-bar at our school's backyard? Or shall it be edalene's house playing DDR?! Primary school was the time where i enjoyed myself to the brim! I always felt that life then, was the happiest, with my besta besta friends. Oh. i forgot, there was a small part where i felt disgusted. I had to visit the Dentist every single Fu**ing day for a period of time. They will always take this Red color board, knock on the door and my name would be called every day! Damn. Dentist is still something i fear the most, even till this current moment.
Thinking about the time where my dentist gave me 8 injections at one go, plucked out 4 of my tooth! well, i was doing braces and i couldn't stand the thought of going back to the dental twice just to pluck out my tooth again and again. SO, i just did it ALL IN ONE GO! LOL. but ended up, my damn lips really ended up looking like Taiwan sausages. And i even had to scribble 'Sembawang' to point out to the cab driver thats where i want to go! He thought i was dumb and couldn't speak. haha
Sometime later
I was in Nan Chiau High School. Life back then, was Okaey i guess. Everything was ok. No more 5/40 for my class position. No more 36/40 for my English Composition writing. No more good results. Nothing was quite mentioning.
Except for
BAND. Those were the only time i felt really humane in school. Everyone was so cooperative. ERM, to a certain extent only la. LOL. but everything felt so real, everything was something i like. i was so engrossed in the band pratices, cleaning up the band room, joking and teasing around or being teased. Haha. sometimes, i hope band practices would last a bit longer, maybe say up till 8PM? LOL. but that would inevitably allow me to fall from 36/42 to 40/42. HAHA. LOL.
** I'm sorry my bandie mates. you guys were the closest to me apart from my pri buddies. I was sorry to drift apart from you guys like that. i am real damn sorry. i seriously have no face to face you guys again. But i really hope you guys can give me another chance. Band has never been away from me. its in my blood i guess. lol.
Coming to Ngee Ann Poly, i have nth much to say. Firstly, it has not been my pre-choosen school. Not to mention the course, although i must admit i have learnt a lot from business Studies, Especially from Human Resource Management. And a FEW gooood friends. Worst of all. I had always wanted to join Singapore Poly Band. but i did not manage to enter their business admin course. so. Had no choice.Band can definitely make me committ to school, at ALL COST. Not that i didnt wanna join NP's Band, but their freshie band made me felt like vomitting. Not because they are technically lousy, but their attitude. I volunteered to play 1st cornet, because i was formely one. The other two 3rd cornet player, being there since a few months ago, because they had joined the band earlier due to some camp, keep on looking at me like nobody's business. i mean. C"MON. i seriously play better than u guys.
Next goal. SAF BAND. Swimming related competition ( For my division). Work hard.
OH OH. GREAT SINGAPORE SALES!

DHL DAY!
Day was ok in the beginning, very great in the middle and fine in the end!
lol. i waited from 8.15AM to around 9AM. No one came to pick me up. but i just came to know that the lady who interviewed me was the regional vice-president of my department!
amazing thing is. apparently, those who are not Singaporean there, spoke German! there's this pure German guy, another Korean mixed German guy and my vice president of the dept, Hongkong lady mixed German! When i heard them communicating in German! i was
O{!J(*&^%!CV!JK!. SHOCKED. LOL. its very interesting.
Theres this vending machine there. there are all sort of can drinks inside. from herbal tea to coke. there's everything. it used to be free. but somehow, someone took advantage of the fact its FREE, meaning there's no need to pay any amount of money. This Someone, press every single drink on the vending machine and brought it home! LOL. so cheap lo. but nvm, although the management is charging now, its still only 40C. LOL. still quite in-expensive la. LOL.
I'm learning a lot a lot of logistics now! LOL. something which i have never ever learnt in my POLY life.
I'm situated in the (OFR)Ocean Freight Department, as a regional administrator! its quite fun. So many Ang Mohs inside the company! there's this mexican guy who's kinda cute =) kept looking at me! I'm serious! but i think he's just being friendly la =S HA HA.
OH OH! i forgot something important! i told jared about this. There's these 2 guys, who sits pretty near me. I knew they were Ajs when i saw them. but i jus pretended as if i know nothing.LOL. during lunch, they went to this bigger office room, asked another guy out, and eventually asked me out for lunch!!! I was ELATED. like flying to the sky.
During Lunch, of cuz, without fail, we started to talk about Aj stuffs. talk and talk and talk. the earlier 2 guys which i was more familiar with, are about 24-25 yrs old. the other "big shot" one, is about 30. did i forget to mention that, this 30 yr old guy treated me lunch! Kinda Pai Seh la. but well. i think he meant as a friendly gesture!
I mentioned to Jared, his office needs some security pass to enter, immediately, without fail, the jared way of answering, "woah, then you can have sex with him, cuz no one can see!"
-.-' I will not ok! haha. he's always a joker. he was feeling sickly again. i thought i was weak. didn't know he was worse! Take care right and recover soon. U hasn't been gymming for quite some time already!
